Best weak base anion exchange resin
Weak base anion exchange resins contain weakly basic groups such as primary amine groups (also known as primary amine groups) -NH2, secondary amino groups (secondary amine groups) -NHR and tertiary amine groups (tertiary amine groups) -NR2 They are weakly alkaline in the water by dissociating OH.
The positively charged group of this resin can also be adsorbed to the anion in the solution to cause anion exchange. In most cases, such resins adsorb and bind the entire other acid molecules in the solution. Generally only work under neutral or acidic conditions (such as pH 1~9). It can be regenerated with a weak base such as Na2CO3 or NH4OH.
TA301D is a macroporous WBA resin product.
The size is 0.4 to 0.6 millimeter.
Recommended working conditions:
1.The temperature should below 60 ℃.
2.The PH value should between zero to nine.
3.The Regeneration process can use 2-4% sodium hydroxide.
Macroporous resin, also known as fully porous resin, polymer adsorbent, is a kind of high molecular polymer which is characterized by adsorption and which concentrates and separates organic matter.
Its physicochemical properties are stable, insoluble in acids, bases and organic solvents. It has good selectivity to organic matter, is not affected by the presence of inorganic salts and strong ions and low molecular compounds, and can be adsorbed by swelling in water and organic solvents.
