Among several methods for removing DOC from drinking water, IX is a better method for removing small molecular mass DOC.
The use of macroporous resin to remove DOC is better; the resin with low cross-linking degree and open structure is beneficial to remove organic ions; the larger the pore size, the smaller the particle size and the higher the water content, the better the removal effect .
When the pH of the solution is high, IX plays a major role, and when it is neutral and acidic, physical adsorption also plays a role; the higher the ion concentration of organic matter in water, the better the effect of ion exchange on DOC removal; the trace organic pollutants present in water And S042- equivalent ions, competing resin adsorption of DOC, significantly affect the ion exchange effect.
