The regeneration method of weak base anion exchange resin is characterized in that: at a temperature of 5 to 50 ° C, a wet method column is used, and the anion one to be regenerated is packed into a glass chromatography column with a diameter to height ratio of 1: 2 to 1 : 8, pass 0.5 ～ 8BV alcohol-alkali solution through anion column, wash with water to pH ≤9, then pass 0.5 ～ 6BV hydrochloric acid solution through anion exchange column, wash with water to pH≥5, and finally pass 0.5 ～ 6BV hydrogen The sodium oxide solution was passed into an anion exchange column and washed with water to pH ≤9, that is, the regeneration of the anion resin was completed.
