Drinking More Water

A recent study in the UK concluded that simply drinking more water can greatly reduce the risk of nasal congestion, sore throat or flu.

The researchers said that people who drank only three glasses of water a day were five times more likely to have a nose or sore throat than those who recommended eight cups. People who drink 2 cups and a half or less of glasses are almost four times more likely to have the flu, and the likelihood of constipation is three times that of people who drink three or more glasses.
